40-Yard Dumpster Rental New Braunfels

The 40-yard is the top of a five-size lineup: 10-yard $595, 15-yard $650, 20-yard $695, 30-yard $795, and 40-yard $895. The 40-yard fits jobs where the debris volume, not the weight, is the limiting factor. A whole-house cleanout in Oak Run or Mission Hill, a full roof tear-off in Meyer Ranch, or a builder clearing framing scrap on a Vintage Oaks lot all fill a 40-yard before they run out of room. If the load is dense and heavy, like concrete, dirt, or roofing tile, a 30-yard at $795 usually makes more sense because weight fills a container long before the walls do. If the job is a single-room remodel or a garage clear, the 10-yard or 20-yard is the practical pick, the 40-yard is a lot of open steel to park for a small pile.

A dumpster rental is not junk removal: the container is dropped, the customer or crew loads it, and it is hauled off on schedule. That is the trade-off with a 40-yard, it holds the most, but it needs the most flat, firm space to sit, roughly 22 feet of straight run plus room for the truck to swing the container down. New Braunfels access varies by neighborhood. Vintage Oaks and River Chase lots often have heavy tree cover and long driveways where a 22-foot container needs a clear approach; Solms and Klein Meadows tend to have tighter curb setups where street placement may need a Comal County or city permit. Boards are set under the wheels on every drop to keep the driveway surface protected.

The flat $895 is the whole price for a standard rental period on general debris, the dump and tonnage are already inside it, which is the fact most quotes hide. Many container companies advertise a low base rate and then bill a per-ton dump fee on top, so a roof tear-off in Havenwood at Hunters Crossing or a Comal Trace cleanout can arrive at a much higher total than the number on the phone. Here the $895 is what it costs. The one thing to confirm on booking is any banned material, wet paint, tires, appliances with freon, and hazardous chemicals cannot go in the container by state disposal rules, and heavy fills of soil or concrete are quoted separately because of weight limits.

Booking runs in three plain steps. First, call (830) 380-7212 a photo of the pile so the size is confirmed before a truck rolls. Second, a drop time is set, same-day or next-day across most of New Braunfels when the route has room. Third, the full container is hauled at the end of the rental, with pickup scheduled by phone. Same-day service is not guaranteed on Sundays and depends on the day's route.
